Sign-up terms

The initial-launch offer

• Wardyn is free to use during its initial launch.
• We don’t ask for payment details, and there is no fixed trial countdown.
• If we introduce charges, we will tell you at least 30 days before they start.
• You pay only if you explicitly choose a paid plan. There is no automatic move to a paid plan, and continuing to use Wardyn never authorizes a charge.
• This offer is not a promise of free use forever, or of unlimited use.

Your workspace

• The person who creates a workspace becomes its first administrator. Each account can create one workspace.
• By creating a workspace you confirm that you are at least 18 and may accept these terms for your company.
• Your company is responsible for the skills it adds, who it invites and how its people use what their AI assistants produce.
• Your company keeps all rights to what it adds. We use it only to provide the service and keep it confidential.
• Do not add unlawful content or malware, try to reach another company’s data, or resell Wardyn.
• If your company has a separate signed agreement with Wardyn, that agreement applies instead of these terms.

Support

We answer by email on business days (Monday to Friday), usually within two business days. During the initial launch there is no phone support and no guaranteed availability.

Ending use and deleting your data

• You can stop using Wardyn at any time.
• To delete your workspace, an administrator writes to us from the email address they use to sign in to Wardyn. We delete its data, including uploaded files, within 30 days; copies in our backups are gone within a further 14 days. A few records not tied to one company stay; see the privacy notice.
• We may suspend or end access to protect the service or other customers, or if these terms are broken. Where we can, we tell you first and explain why.
• If we stop offering Wardyn, we will tell administrators at least 30 days before.
• Before your workspace is deleted, or before Wardyn stops, an administrator can ask us for a copy of the workspace’s skills and files.

Warranties and liability

During the initial launch Wardyn is provided free of charge and as is. We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to 100 US dollars. Your company remains responsible for checking what its AI assistants produce.

Changes to these terms

We post changes on this page with a new effective date. For a change that reduces your rights, we email each workspace’s administrators at least 30 days before it takes effect. Charges follow the 30-day notice in the offer above.
